We produce all of our meals, desserts and grab & go products right here in Melbourne. Everything is made fresh daily to ensure quality products for our customers.

We’re Sustainably Sourced

Here at Aston Lucas gourmet we use local, Victorian and Australian grown produce to support local farmers and reduce our environmental impact. We utilise solar power and compost any food scraps and offcuts to lower our carbon footprint.

🧀🧀 CACIO E PEPE GNOCCHI
Make this delish gnocchi with only 4 ingredients!
Start by heating some @stdaviddairy butter in a pan and add the pepper to toast. Cook until fragrant.
Add in the gnocchi and a dash of water (this is to replace the pasta water usually used) let the water simmer for a minute or two.
Add in a pile of Parmesan cheese or pecorino and stir. This turns into a creamy sauce, the perfect quick dinner.

Y’all ready for this… Aston Lucas Direct is opening soon!!
You can now come direct to our production kitchen in Campbellfield to buy your handmade pasta and desserts!
Starting on the 15th of February we will be open from 9am-3pm Monday – Friday.
Come down to see us at 92 Merola Way Campbellfield for all your pasta and dessert needs.
We will have an online store where you can order for a click and collect order (48hrs notice) and will have delivery in metro Melbourne coming soon!

Definitely not traditional, but delicious!
Try out this miso, brown butter gnocchi with king oyster mushrooms! We used @stdaviddairy amazing locally made, cultured butter to make this flavour bomb of a dish! Check out the recipe below!
Recipe:
50g - Butter
400g - Plain Gnocchi
3 King Oyster Mushrooms
1 tbsp - Miso paste
Lemon juice
¼ cup - Water
Start with 25g of butter in a frying pan, add in the mushrooms and cook until golden brown.
Remove the mushrooms from the pan and add the remaining 25g of butter into the pan.
Mix in the miso and book until the butter has turned brown and nutty.
Add in the gnocchi and pan fry for a minute. Add in the water (not shown in the video) and lemon juice and stir until the sauce becomes nice and glossy.
Serve with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese and some fresh parsley.
