Gnocchi Primavera

Description

This Positano-inspired recipe channels warm sunny days overlooking the glistening blues of the Mediterranean. With a punchy combination of salty kalamata olives, peppery capsicum and earthy mushrooms, we think the splash of pinot in the sauce is best paired with a splash of white wine in the glass.
