Our ethos is that our food tastes like your Nonna made it…and Nonna certainly isn’t packing her lasagna with preservatives, which means we aren’t either. When you picture your Nonna making your favourite Italian meal, you see the whole process: picking the ingredients from her garden that she’s lovingly grown herself before spending hours in the kitchen crafting a dish for the whole family to enjoy. We operate on the same premise, just on a bigger scale; Australia is ultimately our backyard.
