Make a few holes in the plastic film covering the tray.

Microwave

Heat in the microwave for 3 minutes on high

Oven

Pre heat the oven to 140°C, place the tray sealed for 35 mins (500g), 45 min (1.2kg), 60 min (2.8kg) or until heated through.

Carefully remove the tray, steam will escape when you remove film. Dig in and enjoy!
