Can I freeze your product?

Absolutely, because we make our products with the freshest ingredients, they are freezer safe for up to 3 months.

Is the pasta packaging oven safe?

Yes! All the pasta packaging is oven safe up to 200°C. Save your dishes and pop the lasagne or eggplant straight into the oven!

Is the packaging recyclable?

Yes, our pasta packaging is made from post-consumer plastics and can be recycled without an issue. Our Grab and Go range packaging is recyclable.

Why is there no bechamel in the Lasagne ?!

Ah, we get this question a lot! Our lasagne is a traditional recipe from the Abruzzi Region, where instead of a bechamel sauce we use Australian mozzarella cheese.

What does Gluten Friendly mean?

Our gluten-friendly products are made from ingredients free from gluten, however they are not made in a gluten-free kitchen. Whilst every precaution is taken to avoid cross-contamination, we unfortunately cannot guarantee the absence of gluten traces in our products.
