What is Support at Home?

We believe everyone should be able to access affordable, locally made, nutritious meals. 

Support at Home (SaH) is a government-funded program that has replaced the previous Home Care Package scheme. For individuals with an approved SaH agreement with a Care Provider, we can offer delicious, convenient and balanced meals where you’ll only be asked to pay 30% of the meal cost upfront.

With food preparation being as simple as heating up in our microwave and oven-safe packaging, participants can enjoy a homemade meal with minimal effort and maximum taste, at a fraction of the cost.

How to order:

We partner with Cookaborough to make ordering with a SaH agreement simple and stress-free. For existing customers, you should have already received an email invitation to start ordering with us via Cookaborough. Follow the steps provided in the welcome email to login to Cookaborough and start ordering, or click on the link below. Cookaborough provides a more seamless ordering system that automatically splits the 70/30 invoice for HCP customers, meaning you’ll no longer need to enter a coupon code.

*Please ensure you are logged in with your Cookaborough details to ensure the 70% is deducted from your charge.

How do I order going forward?

After you’ve set up a profile with Cookaborough, ordering is as simple as logging back into your Cookaborough account each time you wish to place an order. You can log directly into Cookaborough, or click on the Order Now button above where you’ll be redirected. We recommend adding the Cookaborough site to your favourites or bookmarking on your internet browser to allow for easy navigation.
